Sorry for the website being down the past week. I had been on my canonical retreat in preparation for ordination to the diaconate starting on the 12th, which seems to be the day the problems started (judging from a sudden decline in visits starting that day). As far as I can figure out, there was some incompatibility between the old version of WordPress I was running (2.8.4) and the web server. When I upgraded WordPress to version 2.9, everything started working again. I’m figuring some change was made to the web server by my hosting company, and that’s what started the incompatibility since WordPress 2.8.4 had worked fine in the past.
